About this project

The team's goal was to connect with suitable, small to mid-sized ecommerce brands to build successful, scalable ad campaigns through Facebook and Google Ads.

To achieve this, the team had to create a website with a suitable user experience that allowed potential clients to view the agency's work and connect. Furthermore, the website needed to deliver clear messaging and expectations for both parties, helping to identify ideal end users and build sustainable, transparent relationships.

Connect with and appeal to brands that met the parameters for scalable ad campaigns by creating a usable, efficient, and modern website and related content that spoke to the users' needs.

The solution

Brand website, effective messaging

We created a professional website that showcased past ad campaigns, as well as a simple, straightforward process for clients to connect with the agency's team. 

For the web campaign to be successful, expectations and metrics needed to be transparent and indicate whether a partnership would be a good fit and ad campaigns could be scalable.

Transparent deliverables and strategies

To educate, build trust with, and attract ideal clients, the team created a free eguide that detailed the digital marketing agency's ad strategy.

This guide detailed a step-by-step process, tools used, considerations and conflicts one might encounter, and strategies to employ when creating ad campaigns.

Additionally, the guide outlined who the team believed would benefit most from these strategies (i.e. the agency's services).

Removing barriers to connect

We linked a scheduling platform to the website for those interested in setting a meeting. This created an immediate, more personal relationship than an inquiry through a contact form.

Additionally, this process included an audit of their existing campaign strategies, helping build trust and showcase expertise.

Results

Overall, the website provided a simple way to view the agency's expertise, learn about their past work, and connect — the user experience was straightforward.

After creating the website, the following ad campaign — which directed traffic to the site — connected the agency with multiple clients. These results accelerated after identifying the various campaign audiences.

The most challenging aspect of the campaign was to determine the ideal characteristics of brands whose products and metrics encouraged optimal, scalable results.

While the eguide acquired a high number of downloads, creating warm traffic, we found a similar conversion rate from traffic directed to the landing page for scheduling an introductory call.
